The Bridge-Ville Life Balance Assessment is a comprehensive, yet expansive, tool covering the eight major areas of our lives. Many of us tend to focus on one or two areas, creating a sense of imbalance. For example, many people refer to this concept as "work / life balance". When we begin to refer to it as creating "life balance", we become aware of the other areas very intentionally. The goal is to create a regular practice of checking in with yourself.
Within each of the eight areas, the assessment offers broad-ranging activities. These are used as guides to provoke reflection but you are welcome to think beyond these guides for activities in alignment with your needs in each area.
